You can purchase your pass anytime, 24 hours a day…7 days a week!

What type of credit card can I use?

You can buy your pass online with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card.

Can I use my debit card?

As long as your debit card has a Visa or Mastercard logo, then you can use it to purchase your pass.

Is there a shipping & handling charge?

Yes. Triangle Transit charges a $1.00 shipping and handling fee per transaction.

When will I receive my pass?

Triangle Transit will mail your pass within 1 business day of your purchase. If you never receive a pass or passes that you purchased online, then please call 919-485-RIDE (7433) or fill out our Customer Feedback Form.

Please Note: If you purchase your pass(es) using an eCheck, then Triangle Transit will not ship your pass(es) until the eCheck has cleared, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Why does Triangle Transit not sell Elderly
& Disabled discounted passes online?

Triangle Transit intends to begin selling the Elderly & Disabled (E&D) discounted passes online in the future. We are currently developing a procedure to validate all E&D passes that are purchased online.

What is Triangle Transit’s refund policy?

Triangle Transit will only refund unused, returned passes. Lost or stolen passes will not be replaced.
