Customer Service Award

Purpose

To recognize employees for exceptional customer service.

Criteria

  • Employee must exceed customer service expectations.
  • Employee must have a satisfactory level of customer service for the quarter.
  • Employee must display a positive and professional attitude.
  • Employee must demonstrate proficiency in their duties.
  • Submission

    A co-worker, supervisor, or customer may nominate an employee for recognition. Nomination forms may be obtained from your supervisor, through Human Resources, from the central dispatch office, or you can fill out the form below and submit your nomination electronically. The completed nomination form should be submitted to Human Resources and will be directed to the appropriate supervisor or department head for review. The supervisor/department head should return the completed form to Human Resources. If the nomination is approved, it will then be submitted to the Customer Service Selection Committee for final approval.

    Reward

    A $25 gift certificate and a letter of recognition from the General Manager.

    At the end of each quarter a notice will be placed in paychecks to encourage employees to make recommendations for the service award. Selected recipients will have the option to have their name and good deed posted in the quarterly newsletter and on webpage. The General Manager must approve members of the Customer Service Selection Committee. Only five employees per quarter are eligible for the award.
